Coach Eddie Camacho founded Tri Fitness after transforming his own life, losing more than 100 pounds through discipline, evidence-based training, and sustainable nutrition. That experience shaped the coaching philosophy behind Tri Fitness: lasting results come from consistency, proven methods, and personalized coaching—not gimmicks.
His background in emergency medicine provided a firsthand understanding of how poor health affects people’s lives, reinforcing a commitment to helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more capable before preventable health issues become serious.
Today, Coach Eddie combines science-based training, personalized programming, and real-world experience to help clients lose fat, build muscle, improve performance, and build habits they can maintain for life.

Tri Fitness began in 2020, when Coach Eddie started training his brother in a garage. His brother achieved real results, but the experience revealed a bigger problem: too many people never even attempt to change because they feel intimidated, unsupported, or unsure where to begin.
That garage became the starting point for a different kind of training facility—one where people can learn what to do, understand why they are doing it, and build confidence while they work toward meaningful results.
