our story

In 2020, when the pandemic closed most fitness centers, Eddie Camacho opened a small one in his garage. This enticed family and friends to start their fitness journey. After seeing the amazing results of those training with him, he began to wonder why they waited so long to achieve them. The truth is, that public gyms are intimidating. In fact, studies show that about 50% of Americans are affected by this. Not knowing where to start or what to do can lead to insecurity and avoidance of the gym. This can be especially difficult for those with anxiety, depression, injuries, nutritional deficiencies, and other health issues, all of which can take a toll on energy levels as well.

Eddie got to thinking, how many lives could be improved by a fitness center that offered a solution to this, WHILE MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OF A STANDARD GYM? ...AND SO, TRI FITNESS WAS BORN.
